Diocesan Alumnae Orchestra Recruitment
We are delighted to announce that Diocesan Alumnae Orchestra has formally joined as one of the subcommittees under DOGA.
We would like to invite all alumnae players of western orchestral instruments to come join us. If you enjoy classical music and would like to play in an orchestra, whether you are a professional player or an avid amateur, you are most welcome to join!
Our next performance is scheduled to be held on 20 January, 2024, as one of the guest performers at the annual concert of Diocesan Graduate Singers. We will be playing two overtures, Mozart’s The Magic Flute overture, and Verdi’s Nebucco Overture. Rehearsals will commence mid November.
We are particularly in need of woodwind, brass and percussion players. Please let us know if you, or if you know of other DGS alumnae, who may be interested to join us.
